Jean Whitson
Jean has for many years been an active member of BAS and was chairman for several years. She is a founder member of Studio 18, a well known Buckinghamshire art group and regularly exhibits in The Society of Women Artists annual exhibition at The Mall Galleries Her work is also to be found in exhibitions in Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire. Jean loves to paint and is moved by colour, shape and atmosphere. She paints in Acrylics, Pastels, Inks and Mixed Media. Recently she has shown work in The Bucks Museum ‘Off The Wall’ exhibition. She will be participating in the BAS Spring Exhibition and Bucks Open Studios in June.
