Encouragement of art in buckinghamshire

Wolfango Chiappella

As an artist, I firmly believe in the uniqueness of each painter’s light – a distinct essence that sets them apart. This individuality is reflected in every brushstroke and colour choice. While artists may share poetic sensibilities, their styles and approaches to painting can differ vastly. This diversity makes exhibitions of various artists so compelling and authentic.

My name is Wolfango, and my passion lies in visual expression. Trained initially by the secretive artist “Giugi” Testa, I learned to approach art with experimentation and intuition. Later, refining my skills under Daniele Fissore’s guidance, I developed my style in the mid-1990s, heavily influenced by expressionism.

In my artworks, I aim to capture the pulsating energy of everyday life. Bold colours and gestural brushstrokes dominate, prioritising emotive impact over strict realism. Over time, I’ve refined my technique, incorporating traditional methods to deepen the sense of realism in my work.

Despite these refinements, my paintings retain an energetic confidence, conveying movement and vitality. Through numerous exhibitions, I continue to evolve, pushing boundaries and exploring new techniques. Ultimately, my art is a reflection of my experiences and emotions, inviting viewers to see the world through a fresh perspective.
